Yoga Sunday at Sangha 4/26

Join us for Yoga on Sunday at 6-6:45pm right before the sit.

All levels welcome. Bring a yoga sticky mat and wear clothes you can move in (no jeans, belts please). Eat lightly, if at all within an hour of yoga.
