this Sunday at Alameda Sangha: Human Vulnerabilities and the Dharma

Dear Ones,

Come and explore the vulnerabilities we experience in aging and the potential to view it as an amazing learning opportunity to grow and transform.

We will reflect on the 5 Regrets of the Dying and discover how we can move away from our prior obligations and expectations from the world and the ones in our lives to a renewed understanding of how happiness is actually a choice we make to have less dukkha (suffering) in our lives.
