This Sunday March 1st: Mindfulness of the Body: Four Elements

Dear Friends,

After our discussion of the vicissitudes of life and how to be mindful of them, a natural progression is to refine our ways of being mindful of the body. This Sunday we'll review the Four Elements practice and how it expands our way of being in the body and being aware of body sensations, including pain. As Philip Moffitt says: "Master the body and you master the mind."
