Yoga this Sunday 6pm

Come stretch your body before meditation to help relax the breath and quiet the mind. Bring a mat, comfortable clothes (no jeans or belts) and an empty stomach.

We start at 6 and end at 6:45pm.

Everyone welcome! Modifications or challenges given to those in need.
